titleOfInvention Anisotropic conductive connector, its manufacture method and probe member
abstract Even if the wafer to be inspected is large and the pitch of the electrode to be inspected is small, the alignment and maintenance of the wafer can be easily performed, good conductivity can be obtained for all conductive portions, and insulation between adjacent conductive portions can be obtained. An anisotropically conductive connector, a method of manufacturing the same, and a probe member are disclosed.n n n The anisotropically conductive connector includes a frame plate having a plurality of anisotropic conductive film arrangement holes formed corresponding to the inspection target electrode region of the wafer, and a plurality of elastic anisotropic conductive films disposed in each of the anisotropic conductive film placement holes and supported in the peripheral portion thereof. Each of the elastic anisotropic conductive films is made of a functional part comprising a plurality of conductive parts extending in the thickness direction in which the conductive particles exhibiting magnetic properties disposed corresponding to the electrodes to be inspected are densely contained, and insulating parts that insulate them from each other. It consists of a to-be-supported part integrally formed in the periphery of a part, and fixed to the periphery of the hole for anisotropic conductive film arrangement | positioning, and a to-be-supported part contains electroconductive particle which shows a magnetic property.
