titleOfInvention | The manufacturing method of new materials using a gem stone and a sea shell or a oyster shell |
abstract | PURPOSE: A method for preparing a new material by using jade and shells or oyster shells is provided, to obtain a new material having excellent adhesive strength, strength, pollution resistance and insulation. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (S1) firstly reacting the mixture comprising 60.00-65.00 wt% of a resin, 33.00-38.00 wt% of flake formalin, 1.50-2.00 wt% of triethanolamine, 0.50-0.80 wt% of hexamine and 0.04-0.06 wt% of formic acid at 60-90 deg.C for 50-60 min; (S2) cooling the reactant to 30-65 deg.C; (S3) adding 96-98 wt% of an alcohol and 1-2 wt% of aminopropyltrimethoxysilane to the cooled one and secondly reacting the mixture for 25-30 min; (S4) adding 2-3 wt% of a weather resistance enhancer to 97-98 wt% of the reactant and thirdly reacting the mixture for 25-35 min; (S5) adding 37-43 wt% of jade powder with a size of 200-300 mesh to 57-63 wt% and mixing them for 25-35 min; (S6) adding 0.5-1.5 wt% of epichlorohydrin to 98.0-99.5 wt% of the mixture and reacting them; (S7) adding a catalyst to the fourth reactant and controlling the pH to be 6.5-8.5; (S8) adding 21-24 wt% of powdered shells, oyster shells or their mixture with a size of 200-300 mesh and 21-24 wt% of pulp to 52-58 wt% of the pH-controlled fourth reactant and secondly mixing them for 25-35 min; (S9) adding 17.5-18.5 wt% of powdered shells, oyster shells or their mixture, 0.03-0.04 wt% of oxalic acid, 0.04-0.05 wt% of water-soluble silicone, 0.05-0.06 wt% of tributyl phosphate, 0.01-0.02 wt% of calcium carbonate, 0.10-0.13 wt% of methyl stearate, 0.10-0.13 wt% of dibasic tin stearate and 0.10-0.20 wt% of a releasing agent to 81.00-82.00 wt% of the second mixture and thirdly mixing them for 55-65 min; (S10) drying the mixture by indirect drying method using a spray-type drier; (S11) and pulverizing the dried third mixture to a size of 200-300 mesh. |
