titleOfInvention Method for determination of sertraline in plasma
abstract The present invention relates to a method for detecting sertraline contained in the plasma of an animal including a human, the detecting method comprising: removing a protein from animal plasma; Adjusting the pH of the plasma from which the protein is removed to 11.5 to 12.5; Extracting the pH adjusted plasma with a nonpolar solvent; Derivatizing the saltraline obtained by the extraction with Heptafluoro-butyric anhydride (HFBA); And measuring the concentration of derivatized saltraline by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry.n n n According to the present invention, the method for detecting saltraline in plasma effectively extracts saltraline from plasma and enables rapid analysis to drastically reduce the analysis time that is wasted due to inadequate analysis process due to the conventional secondary extraction method. It can be reduced, and by derivatizing with a new HFBA different from the prior art can provide a detection method that can overcome the obstruction of plasma and increase the sensitivity of the analysis of saltraline. In addition, it has a low detection limit and high accuracy, and thus the reliability of the analysis is high, and the results of the analysis can be applied to drug activity analysis.
