abstract | The present invention provides a photoalignment method that expresses a pretilt angle by batch plane exposure without tilting the substrate. This photo-alignment method exposes the polymer surface to the polymer surface through the slit plate while moving the polymer film surface and the slit plate relatively at a constant speed to impart liquid crystal alignment capability to the polymer film surface or to have a plurality of specific widths. The optical exposure pattern which forms and maintains a specific space | interval with each other is repeatedly formed on the surface of a polymer film, and it exposes to the said polymer film surface through an optical exposure pattern, and gives a liquid-crystal orientation capability to the said polymer film surface. |
