abstract | The present invention relates to a vaccine composition comprising a novel recombinant poliovirus vector and a recombinant poliovirus derived therefrom, and more particularly, (a) a genome nucleotide sequence of a poliovirus; (b) a nucleotide sequence encoding an additional poliovirus protease cleavage site; (c) an exogenous insertion nucleotide sequence linked to a nucleotide sequence encoding said additional poliovirus protease cleavage site; And (d) a recombinant poliovirus vector comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a protein transducing peptide domain linked to the foreign insertion nucleotide sequence, and a recombinant poliovirus derived therefrom, wherein the vaccine composition of the present invention has a conventional CTL induction ability. It is significantly increased compared to poliovirus. |
