Cibiai-55 was a strain belonging to the genus Streptomyces sp. It was extracted from the soil, and its characteristics were studied for the metabolic pathway. Through this, a strain capable of optimally producing a cathepsin non-inhibitor derivative was found. This strain is a strain that cannot produce a cathepsin non-inhibitor inhibitor (CBI Inactivating Enzyme). Therefore, since no cathepsin inhibitor inhibitor is produced during the fermentation process, it is possible to produce a high concentration of cathepsin inhibitor inhibitor. |
