More specifically, the present invention relates to an angiogenesis regulator, which decomposes protein components of the extracellular matrix and the basement membrane of connective tissue. The present invention relates to a sulfonamide derivative capable of inhibiting overexpression of matrix metalloproteinase, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. |
