titleOfInvention | Resolution of chiral compounds using aminocyclopentadienyl ruthenium catalysts |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for dynamic kinetic cleavage of chiral alcohols. Specifically, aminocyclopentadienyl ruthenium of formula (I) is used as a metal catalyst, and chiral alcohol is used as an enzyme catalyst, acyl compound, additive and base. A method of dividing into individual enantiomers by reacting in a solvent in the presence of the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to react at low temperatures and to use alkenyl acetate as an acylating material, and thus it is much more advantageous industrially and economically since it is easy to separate the product even using a small amount of acylating material and enzyme. There is an advantage such as not using a ketone as a hydrogen medium.n n n n n n n n n n Wherein R 1 independently represents a phenyl group, substituted phenyl group or C 1-5 alkyl group, R 2 represents hydrogen, phenyl group, substituted phenyl group, C 1-5 alkyl or substituted C 1-5 alkyl group, C 3- A 5 cycloalkyl group, a C 2-5 alkenyl group, a C 2-5 alkynyl group, X, Y and Z are optional substituents and, when substituted, each independently represent a hydrogen, a carbonyl group, a phosphine group or a halogen atom. |
