abstract | Disclosed is a preparation of a polymer electrolyte film using a polymer electrolyte composition and a method of manufacturing a lithium polymer secondary battery using the same. A polymer electrolyte composition is formed in which the weight ratio of the PVdF-based homopolymer and the volatile electrolyte solution not containing the electrolyte salt contains 1: 2 to 10 ratio. The polymer electrolyte composition is stirred and heated to prepare a homogeneous polymer electrolyte slurry. Thereafter, the prepared polymer electrolyte slurry is cast to prepare a thin polymer electrolyte film. The polymer electrolyte film is laminated between the positive electrode and the negative electrode by using a polymer binder material, and the electrolyte solution is impregnated, whereby a lithium polymer secondary battery having excellent charge and discharge performance can be manufactured. |
