An apparatus is disclosed that exposes water to waves from an RF plasma. This is a continuous production of "activated water" characterized by having a mass size of 4 molecules or less per mass, continuous production of water having a pH of 4 or less or 10 or more, or an ORP of -350 mV or less or + 800 mV or more. Eggplants allow for the continuous production of water. The fundamental frequency of the plasma is 0.44 MHz to 40.68 MHz, and the plasma is modulated at a frequency of 10 kHz to 34 kHz. The flow rate is typically from 20 l / hour to about 2000 l / hour. Activated water can be used for a variety of purposes, including antimicrobial cleaning of work tables, floors, walls, knives, transporters, and other surfaces in, for example, meat processing facilities. |
