titleOfInvention Culture method for nerve cell by electronic stimulus and its apparatus
abstract The present invention relates to a method for culturing neurons by an electrical stimulation method and apparatus thereof, and more particularly to the electrical stimulation in the presence of a culture medium after adhering the neurons to the surface of the conductive polymer is coated on the surface of the silicon substrate coated with gold. The present invention relates to a method for culturing neurons and a device for culturing nerve cells, wherein the method for culturing nerve cells and the apparatus thereof can control electrical stimulation to induce neuronal proliferation, differentiation, and induction of neurites. Synapsis and neural circuits can be formed therebetween, and can be used as a biosensor.
