abstract |
In this specification, a battery pack and a method of manufacturing the battery pack are described. The battery pack includes a cell body in which a cell element comprising a solid electrolyte or gel electrolyte disposed between the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer is housed inside an outer cover material composed of an aluminum laminated film, and a box-shaped one end surface of which is opened. And an outer case accommodating the cell body therein, and a cap for closing to an open side of the outer case. In the battery pack, initial charging of the cell body is performed after the cell body is accommodated in an outer case to assemble the battery pack. Cell capacity improvement at a fixed outer size or external size reduction at a fixed cell capacity is achieved. |
