titleOfInvention | Solder resist ink composition |
abstract | The present invention relates to a soldering resist ink composition, and an object thereof is to provide a soldering resist ink composition having excellent storage stability and excellent work stability and use stability. To this end, the present invention is 5-75% by weight of epoxy compound, 2-60% by weight of unsaturated group-containing polycarboxylic acid resin compound, 5-65% by weight of epoxy acrylate, 0.1-15% by weight of polymerization initiator and 0.01-10% by weight of curing accelerator. % And a curing agent of 2-30% by weight of the reactive acrylate compound and 1-45% by weight of the phenol compound. According to the present invention, the composition is excellent in terms of storage stability and work stability such that development is possible in an alkaline aqueous solution, and the use stability such as heat resistance, adhesion, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties can be obtained. |
