abstract The present invention relates to a permeation evaporation apparatus for concentrating volatile scent components and a concentration method using the same. In order to design and manufacture a permeation evaporation apparatus equipped with a -7 membrane, and to investigate the permeation process efficiency of volatile scent components, the total permeate, permeate flux, total permeate and total productivity are measured and their optimum conditions are searched. Thereby, there is an excellent effect of providing a permeation evaporation apparatus and a method for concentrating the volatile aroma component concentrated liquid by efficiently separating and recovering a volatile aroma component lost during processing of a peach beverage at low cost.
