titleOfInvention Process and apparatus for treating waste water
abstract The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment method for treating the wastewater of BOD 10000ppm or more, in particular, the wastewater of the barn, to be chemically purified through microbial fermentation (active sludge method, rapid liquid fermentation method, liquid fertilization method) to be immediately discharged to the stream.n n n The wastewater treatment method is dilution of dark brown treated water produced by decomposing wastewater into microorganisms, but if it is not treated by removing organic matter from pretreatment, the concentration of pollution cannot be reduced. After composting, it is generally used as a fertilizer and urine is discharged through a purification process such as removing nitrogen. Previously, most farms used the same treatment method, but the cost of purchasing straw and sawdust for composting was low, and the discharge of urine contained the potential for river pollution. As a matter of fact, in terms of cost, what was previously used for free from straw or sawdust from farmers or timber yards has to be purchased at a high price.n n n Therefore, it can be used as fertilizer in the field or orchard by liquefying manure without leaving any manure, but in this case, it is impossible to use the fertilizer in the state of planting of fire, so in this case, when treated using chemical treatment method, water quality comparable to the discharge and drinking water standards can be obtained. Cann n n In general, the problem with the active sludge method or other manure treatment method is that the color is too dark brown no matter how well treated, so it is often regarded as an aesthetic contaminant and a cause of complaints during discharge. In addition, liquefaction can be solved by installing a new chemical treatment, because the treated water also removes a lot of organic matter for the purpose of fertilizers, but less than the quality of the discharged water.n n n In the chemical treatment, quicklime is added to the final treated water and the wastewater concentration is adjusted to pH 12.5 to precipitate and remove odorous organic substances in the wastewater, and potassium permanganate is added to the produced liquid to oxidize organic pigment components in the wastewater. It is composed of a wastewater treatment method comprising the process of neutralizing the resulting transparent liquid substance to pH 6-8 by decomposing and discoloring and adding a polymer coagulant to agglomerate and remove the solid components dispersed in the slurry in waste water.n n n According to the present invention, the dark brown effluent or treated water can be purified into clearer water and discharged immediately into the stream, and the solid material generated during the treatment can be widely used as a fertilizer or soil improving agent.
