abstract The present invention is a mixture of a halobutyl elastomer, a mineral filler, and a mixture of silazane compounds with additives containing one or more substituents with silazane compounds or basic amine groups and one or more hydroxy groups, and the resulting elastomeric sulfur Or a curing halobutyl elastomer comprising curing with other curing agents.
