In the developing roller of the electrophotographic image forming machine according to the present invention, at least one of NBR rubber and HYDRIN rubber is used as a base material, and a conductive polymer material is added to the base material to control the resistance of the developing roller. After the base material and the conductive polymer material have a three-dimensional network structure, a peroxide having a half-life of 100 ° C. or more and a half-life of 200 ° C. or less within 5 minutes is formed under atmospheric pressure, and then molded. The coefficient of friction of the surface of the developing roller formed is characterized by being controlled by the irradiation of ultraviolet light. According to such a developing roller according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a developing roller having a low resistance coefficient, having a low resistance characteristic of a monolayer structure at low cost, and having no surface migration or resistance change with time. |
