abstract | The present invention relates to a process for preparing an aqueous dispersion containing polymer A and at least one polymer dispersant B, wherein the method further comprises adding a water soluble salt to the monomer dispersed in the water phase containing the water soluble dispersant B as much as possible. After radical polymerization, the water-soluble acid is added to the aqueous dispersion obtained in this manner, in which the acid is added in an amount of 0.1% to 0.5% by weight based on the total dispersion, and the salt is added up to 3% by weight in view of the total dispersion. It is added in an amount of up to and characterized in that the acid and salt are added in a total amount of up to 5% by weight in light of the total dispersion. |
