titleOfInvention Preperation method of sesame oil by using ultrasonic waves
abstract The present invention relates to a sesame oil manufacturing method using ultrasonic waves to obtain a higher safety and yield when squeezing sesame oil having the function of antioxidant component aging inhibitor.n n n In other words, sesame seeds contain important nutrients and strong antioxidants, which is a very important food for the public's health. However, considering that the excellent yield of sesame oil is used as oil, the yield of oil remaining after squeezing oil is high, and the yield of sesame oil, which is the final product, is increased by activating the tissue of sesame seeds using ultrasonic waves, which have already proved its safety. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing sesame oil that can be expected to improve safety and quality as well as provide high economics.
