titleOfInvention | Emulsion Resin For Galvanized Steel And Method Of Preparing The Same |
abstract | Disclosed are an acrylic emulsion resin composition capable of compensating for corrosion resistance and weather resistance of a plated layer having poor physical properties of a plated steel sheet, and a method of manufacturing the same. Such a resin composition is obtained by synthesizing a mixture comprising 20 to 50 parts by weight of an acid ester vinyl monomer, 50 to 80 parts by weight of an acryl or metaacryl monomer, a surfactant, an initiator and a pH adjusting agent. The emulsion resin may be prepared by dividing the amount of the surfactant and the initiator used in a predetermined ratio between the reactor and the monomer mixer, and dropping the mixed solution of the monomer into the reactor for a predetermined time by using the preemulsion method. It is excellent in corrosion resistance and weather resistance as well as excellent in water resistance and heat resistance when applied to plated steel sheets used for building materials, electronic parts, automobiles, etc. |
