abstract | The present invention relates to novel β-1,3-glucanases derived from Bacillus sp. Strains and genes encoding them. Specifically, the present invention relates to a novel β-1,3-glucanase gene derived from Bacillus succuran IJ2001 strain isolated from soil, a recombinant vector comprising the gene, a strain transformed with the recombinant vector, and a transformed strain. It relates to the β-1,3-glucanase enzyme produced by.n n n The β-1,3-glucanase gene of the present invention is a novel gene that has not been reported yet, and by mass production of glucanase by gene recombination using this gene, olamines are converted to fermentable carbohydrates by oligosaccharides. It can be applied to the biocides or used as a biological fungicide for pathogenic fungi of animals and plants. In addition, by using as a lytic enzyme of the yeast cell wall, it can be used as a means of genetic engineering such as protoplast fusion or transformation of yeast. |
