abstract |
The present invention does not use tertiary amines by constructing a resin structure so that the Norrish Type 1 initiator can abstract the hydrogen atom at the α position in the resin structure when preparing a urethane acrylate oligomer used in a conventional UV curable coating composition. To overcome the oxygen interference without the surface hardening proceeds to maintain a non-polluting function, and provides a urethane oligomer useful as a flooring material to give a non-slip property by adding a functional filler during coating composition and a coating composition using the same. |
