abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of increasing the efficiency of infection of adenovirus by expressing a CAR (coxsakievirus and adenovirus receptor) to a target cell, and more particularly, to increase the infection efficiency of adenovirus, a delivery system for gene therapy. The present invention relates to a method of increasing the efficiency of infection of adenovirus by allowing a CAR to be expressed in a cell. The method of increasing the infection efficiency of adenoviruses using the CAR of the present invention can be usefully used for gene therapy of solid tumor cells. |
