titleOfInvention | Radiosensitizer containing ceramides or derivatives thereof and dimethylsphingosine as the active ingredient |
abstract | The present invention, ceramides and derivatives thereof and spingosine kinase inhibitor (sphingosine kinase inhibitor) The present invention relates to a radiation sensitizer comprising dimethylsphingosine together, and more particularly, to the present invention, the present invention provides a radiotherapy enhancing effect before or during irradiation of cancer cells to treat cancer in vivo. It relates to a novel radiation sensitivity enhancer comprising a ceramide compound of formula (1) and dimethylsphingosine of formula (4).n n n n n n n n n n (Wherein R 1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms)n n n n n n n n n n Since the combination treatment of the compound improves the radiation treatment efficiency in cancer tissues, the same effect as the high dose treatment can be obtained while lowering the dose of radiation treatment in treating the ceramide and the radiation at a concentration that does not affect normal cells. In addition, since there is an effect that can significantly reduce the damage of normal cells, which is a side effect of high dose radiation treatment and high concentration ceramide administration, it is possible to maximize the efficiency of radiation therapy. |
