The present invention relates to a layer in which an ultraviolet light blocking layer comprising a polymer having a repeating unit of a UV light absorbing site or a polymer having a repeating unit of a site that can be transformed into a UV light absorbing site by photo-free rearrangement is provided in a layer containing a fluorescent colorant. Disclosed is a fluorescent article that is arranged to have an effective blocking relationship with respect. The ultraviolet light blocking layer provides a surprisingly improved fluorescence protection compared to conventional ultraviolet light blocking layers which simply contain an ultraviolet light absorbing additive. |
