abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing phosphorylated soybean peptide calcium, wherein the soybean protein is chemically phosphorylated using phosphate and then hydrolyzed by hydrolase or chemically phosphorylated soybean peptide obtained by hydrolysis with hydrolase. Phosphorylated soybean peptides prepared by calcium binding to phosphorylated soybean peptides have high water solubility and have an excellent effect of increasing the absorption rate of calcium in vivo. |
