abstract | TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an ink composition for solder resist having excellent adhesion, and more particularly to an ink composition for solder resist including cycloaliphatic epoxy resin as an adhesion improving agent in an ink composition for solder resist.n n n According to the present invention, the solder resist coating film is firmly attached to the epoxy laminated copper plate to not only protect the electric circuit of the printed circuit board from external contamination and contact, but also dryness, adhesion, electrical insulation, soldering heat resistance, solvent resistance, and resistance. A soldering resist coating film excellent in alkalinity, acid resistance, and adhesion can be formed. |
