abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing barium titanate, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing nano-sized barium titanate (BaTiO 3 ) for an electronic material having a perovskite crystal structure using hydrothermal synthesis. The barium titanate according to the present invention is prepared by mixing a barium compound and a titanium compound to provide a reaction mixture, preparing a mixed solvent of glycol and water, and then adding the reaction mixture and then hydrothermally reacting the resulting particles by the method according to the present invention. It is easy to control the size, it is possible to produce a high purity and ultrafine barium titanate powder excellent in dispersibility and crystallinity. |
