The present invention provides a microarray comprising a probe for discriminating strains of tuberculosis and non-tuberculosis mycobacteria, a probe for strain discrimination of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and a probe for detecting antibiotic resistance, and a detection method using the same and It relates to a diagnostic kit.n n n The microarray according to the present invention not only includes all of the probes that can specifically bind and react for genotyping of mycobacteria, strain differentiation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and detection of antibiotic resistance, but also a set of them. By attaching a large number of sets on a single supporter, it is possible to simultaneously detect mycobacteria strains, strain discrimination of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and antibiotic resistance detection from multiple samples at the same time in just one experiment. Fast and accurate diagnosis is possible. |
