titleOfInvention Fireproof Reinforced Materials for Building Construction and Preparation Method Thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a fire-resistant reinforcing material for building structures, and has given characteristics that can replace the gypsum board used for the purpose of fire prevention and heat insulation. More specifically, using a diatomaceous earth, lightweight ceramics and pulp, inorganic binders and organic polymer materials to produce a building board excellent in light weight, high strength, impact resistance, ease of processing and fire resistance.n n n Method for producing a fire-resistant reinforcing material for building structures according to the present invention is an alkali silicate, alkali alumina, silica sol (nSiO 2 ยท xH 2 O, colloid type) or composite magnesium / aluminum sulfonate Impregnated with an inorganic binder such as soda (Na 2 O.Mg/Al-SO 4 .xH 2 O) alone or a mixture composition of the inorganic binder with a styrene, acrylic monomer, polyester, epoxy, or isocyanate-based high molecular material. Strengthen and flame retardant, it is characterized in that it is used as a refractory material for building structures by curing in various types of mold according to the use. In addition, it is lighter than conventional fire protection materials, and can be replaced with fire reinforcement materials for building structures such as gypsum board, rock wool, etc., which have fire resistance characteristics, which are conventionally used, because they are light in flexural strength, impact strength, and easy to process.
