abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose phthalate, and more particularly, low-viscosity hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose by hydrolyzing a medium viscosity hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose in a dry powder at a constant pressure and temperature range under an acid catalyst. After preparing the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose phthalate by esterification of the low-viscosity hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose in an acetic acid solvent, the final hydroxypropyl using a spraying method using a fluidizing solvent as a post-treatment step By preparing methyl cellulose phthalate, the present invention relates to a method for producing hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose phthalate of high purity, which is easy to remove impurities such as unreacted phthalic acid and improves whiteness as compared with the related art. |
