titleOfInvention Method for producing xylanase using Novel Trichoderma reesei X18 mutant
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing xylanase using a novel Trichoderma reesei X18 mutant strain culture. More specifically, the production of xylanase is excellent by irradiating gamma rays to Tricoderma reesei KCTC 6952. Mutant strains were isolated and this strain (Accession No .: KCTC 10050BP) was cultured in cheap corn xylan or Zapek-Dox liquid medium containing rice straw and maltose to produce large amounts of xylanase suitable for the degradation of xylan in wheat. Has an excellent effect.
