abstract | The present invention is to prepare a ceramic powder (a) 100 parts by weight of SiO 2 , 23-10 parts by weight of Al 2 O 3 , 25-15 parts by weight of TiO 2 , 15-10 parts by weight of MgO and 7-3 parts by weight of ZrO 2 ; (b) preparing a polyurethane foam first composition by mixing 5-1 parts by weight of the ceramic powder with 100 parts by weight of a polyether polyol based on the total composition of the polyurethane foam; (c) 55-45 parts by weight of toluene diisocyanate, 3-1 parts by weight of water as blowing agent, 0.6-0.3 parts by weight of triethylenediamine as amine catalyst, 0.2-0.1 parts by weight of tin octoate as metal catalyst and poly as surfactant Mixing 1.5-0.5 parts by weight of dimethylsiloxane to prepare a polyurethane foam second composition; And (d) adding the polyurethane foam second composition to the polyurethane foam first composition such that a urethane bond is formed between the polyether polyol and toluene diisocyanate while toluene diisocyanate reacts with water to release CO 2 gas. It relates to a method for producing a multi-functional low-elastic soft polyurethane foam comprising the step of producing a polyurethane foam by causing the foam to occur, and a polyurethane foam produced thereby and a pillow based on the same. |
