abstract The present invention relates to a new biochemical pesticide using a novel plant phytopathogen-derived gene, and more specifically, to isolate and identify a novel black eggplant pathogen WT # 3 ( Erwinia pyrifoliae WT # 3) [KCCM 10283] that exists only in Korea. Biochemical pesticides and fertilizers such as biological plant disease control agents and plant growth promoters have been discovered by discovering new derivatives with superior plant disease resistance and plant growth promoting effects than the plant hypersensitivity protein (HrpN) isolated from the existing burn pathogen ( Erwinia amylovora ATCC15580). The novel eggplant black bacterium WT # 3 (KCCM 10283) which can be used for the manufacture etc. is related.
