titleOfInvention | Virus vector for transferring gene into renal cells |
abstract | The present invention provides a viral vector capable of introducing a gene into kidney cells with high efficiency and a use thereof. By using paramyxovirus vectors, it is possible to introduce genes into kidney cells with high efficiency. Genes introduced by in vivo administration are continuously expressed in renal cells for a long time. The vector of the present invention is suitably used for gene therapy for the kidney. |
