abstract The present invention provides a modified oat phyto that, when serine-598 codons are replaced with alanine codons and, when expressed, significantly inhibits scleroderma reactions such as dwarf intercutions and pacifiers, short leaves, increased branches and dark-green leaf colors Provided are transgenic joysiagrass plant cells transformed with the chromium A gene ( S598A ). The transgenic joysiagrass exhibits a robust appearance and is expected to exhibit enhanced resistance to biological and abiotic stresses. There is also provided a recombinant DNA construct consisting of a violent inhibition of a scavenging response when expressed, a transgenic plant produced by this method, a S598A gene that induces propagation seeds obtained from the transgenic plant.
