Make it a task.n n n Moreover, this invention is 0.03-2 micrometers in thickness which becomes a hard coat layer which becomes (A) ionizing radiation curable resin, and (B) antistatic particle | grains containing antistatic particle of average particle diameter 0.01-2 micrometer on a base film. As an antistatic hard coat film which contains the antistatic layer of this sequentially, Taber abrasion resistance measured according to JISK5400 shall be 25 or less value.
