abstract | The present invention provides a fire extinguishing agent excellent in rapid fire extinguishing performance, flame resistance, liquid resistance and anti-ignition performance as well as excellent diluent stability in the fire of any of the non-polar solvent and the polar solvent, compared to the conventional fire extinguishing agent. This extinguishing agent contains a cationic polyamine-based high molecular compound (A) having primary, secondary and tertiary cationic groups in the molecule, and wherein the primary cationic group is 40% by weight or less relative to the total cationic group. |
