titleOfInvention Process for Preparing Metallocene Catalyst Supported on Polymer Bead for Highly Active Olefin Polymerization
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing a highly active polymer-supported metallocene catalyst for olefin polymerization, a metallocene catalyst prepared by an electric method, and an alkylene polymerization method using an electric catalyst. In the method for preparing a highly active polymer-supported metallocene catalyst for olefin polymerization of the present invention, a divinylbenzene monomer, a vinylbenzyl chloride monomer and an initiator are dissolved in an organic solvent, mixed with a suspension stabilizer in an aqueous solution, and then at 40 to 80 ° C. Suspension polymerization to obtain polystyrene; Swelling the obtained polystyrene at room temperature for 1 to 3 days in an organic solvent in which dialcohol amine is dissolved to obtain a polymer to which the functionality of the dialcohol amine is imparted; And a step of reacting the organic polymer in which the electric polymer and the metallocene compound (CpM * Cl 3 ) are dissolved. Since the metallocene catalyst of the present invention can be used for ethylene polymerization and styrene polymerization instead of the conventional homogeneous catalyst, the metallocene catalyst may be widely used for the copolymerization reaction using the metallocene catalyst.
