abstract | Regarding a method for producing ITO powder in which tin is dissolved in indium oxide, the mixture solution or slurry of indium acetate and tin chloride having a concentration of indium and tin of 3.0 mol / L or more is made into ITO powder by spray pyrolysis. By incorporating tin in indium oxide to provide ITO powder excellent in dispersibility of components and ITO target having high density and uniformity at low cost, this can result in deterioration in quality that occurs when the ITO sputtering film is not uniform. Suppress abnormal projections such as rowing. |
