titleOfInvention |
Method for the production of a egg containing anti-Edwardsiella tarda IgY, anti-Streptococcus iniae IgY and Mycobaterium bovis IgY simultaneously, and egg, fish diets containing specific IgY thereof |
abstract |
In the present invention, three mixed bacteria of Edwardsiella tarda , Streptococcus iniae , and Mycobaterium bovis ( ATCC19015 ), which are antibody-promoting bacteria, are mainly used for the flounder. It is characterized by providing a method of producing mixed bacteria special immune protein that can be prevented and inoculated into young chicks to prevent flounder disease.n n n Another invention is characterized in that it provides a method for utilizing the mixed bacteria special immune protein, egg yolk, special immune protein containing water-soluble protein and these yolk powder or special immuno-protein containing water-soluble protein powder in fish farming feed.n n n Egg yolk or fish feed containing anti-mixed bacteria special immune protein prepared by the present invention has the effect of preventing and treating flounder (flounder) disease. |
