titleOfInvention Running water Disinfection Device by UV rays and fine gas drops and Disinfection method
abstract The present invention relates to a bubble floating oil sterilizer for sterilizing microorganisms such as E. coli in the treated water discharged after treatment in sewage terminal treatment plant or livestock wastewater treatment plant.n n n In order to maximize the sterilization efficiency than the conventional simple ultraviolet lamp sterilization, the present invention installs an ultraviolet lamp in the inner cylinder of the sterilization apparatus and supplies the air or ozoneized air in the state of microbubble to the ultraviolet irradiation area inside the inner cylinder. Ultraviolet bubble sterilization by maximizing sterilization efficiency by using sterilization function of ultraviolet ray alone, sterilization function of ozone alone, sterilization function by hydroxyl group generated by mutual reaction of ultraviolet ray and ozone, and sterilization function due to droplet effect by micro bubble. It is designed for easy incorporation of sterilizers into the field.n n n Sterilization system according to the present invention can be divided into inlet, sterilization treatment, treatment water outlet. The sterilization bank installed in the sterilization treatment part is located in the inner cylinder part and the lower part of the inner cylinder where ozone and ultraviolet light sterilization takes place, and the microbubble generating part and the sterilized water supply the air or ozonation air in the form of microbubbles to the inner cylinder part. It is divided into discharged discharges.n n n Ozone or air is supplied by a separate ozone generator and a blower, and has a controller for electrically controlling the bubble floating oil sterilization system.
