titleOfInvention Plasma underwater cutting device
abstract The present invention relates to a plasma underwater cutting device for preventing dust and ultraviolet rays, noise, and thermal deformation of the product generated when cutting ferrous and nonferrous metals with a plasma cutting machine of NC (numerical control). Large water tank (Water Tank) 10 which can be installed to fill the water; An air tank (11) installed at one end of the lower side of the work tank to raise the water tank and the water in the tank to the upper portion of the material; An air pipe line (20) (21) connected to supply and exhaust compressed air in the air tank; An air supply and exhaust solenoid valve (31) (32) for electrically controlling on and off of compressed air supplied to the tank by receiving air from the main valve and the air head; A loose wheel terminal plate 34 connected to the valve by discharging the instantaneous current generated by the solenoid valve; It is connected to NC power through guide rail and roller, and the operator can control the air supply and exhaust solenoid valve in front of NC monitor.
