| abstract | The present invention provides a device for producing a new type of pellet-type thermoplastic foam that is easy to assemble and disassemble the blade, and operates stably with low power. The device includes a die, a pin, a blade and a drive member. The die is formed by receiving the foam mixture therein and forming a plurality of extrusion holes arranged in the longitudinal direction. The pin is coupled on the outer circumferential surface of the die to allow sliding movement parallel to the direction in which the extrusion holes are listed. A plurality of cutting holes are formed to correspond to the plurality of extrusion holes, and the blades are fixed to the pins so that the plurality of cutting holes correspond to each of the plurality of extrusion holes. The drive member is connected to the pin to linearly reciprocate the pin on the die. |
