The present invention relates to the synthesis of organic nanotubes and a method for synthesizing ultrafine metal nanowires from ionic metals through oxidation-reduction reactions using the organic nanotubes as templates. According to the present invention, unlike the conventional synthesis method, since the synthesis is carried out in a solution at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, not only can the organic nanotubes and the metal nanowires be practically obtained, but the obtained organic nanowires have a very small diameter and thus are highly integrated. It can be usefully used in the development of circuits and memory devices. |
