abstract The present invention provides a dTDP-glucose 4,6-dehydratase gene isolated from Thermos caldophilus GK24, a thermophilic strain, a recombinant vector comprising the gene, A microorganism transformed with this recombinant vector and a method for producing a heat resistant dTDP-glucose 4,6-dihydratase enzyme using the transformant.n n n According to the present invention, the base sequence and amino acid sequence of the dTDP-glucose 4,6-dihydratase gene derived from the thermophilic strain are determined, and recombinant vector pTHE10 and transformed microorganism E. coli BL21 prepared therefrom are determined. (DE23) / pTHE10 ( E. coli TDPDH) enables the production of dTDP-glucose 4,6-dihydratase enzymes that are stable at high temperatures. It seems to be very useful in the field.
