abstract | The present invention provides a method for increasing amino acid production from Corynebacterium sp. By amplification of amino acid biosynthetic pathway genes in a host cell chromosome. In a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a method for increasing the production of L-lysine in Corynebacterium glutamicum through amplification of L-lysine biosynthetic pathway genes in the host cell chromosome. The present invention also provides a novel amino acid production process by amplification of pathogen genes of amino acid biosynthesis in the host cell chromosome and / or by increasing the promoter strength. In a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a process for increasing the production of L-lysine in Corynebacterium glutamicum through amplification of L-lysine biosynthetic pathway genes in the host cell chromosome. The present invention also provides novel isolated nucleic acid molecules for the L-lysine biosynthetic pathway genes of Corynebacterium glutamicum . |
