Method for extracting oleaginous substances from ganoderma lucidum spores |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for extracting an oily substance from a spore shell in which spore envelope is destroyed using SCF-CO 2 . The method comprises the steps of destroying the ganoderma spores by mechanical means to obtain spores whose spore sheaths have been destroyed; And extracting the oily material from the spores in which the spore envelope is destroyed using supercritical fluid-carbon dioxide (SCF-CO 2 ) extraction. Inducing germination of ganoderma spores by culturing the spores in a nourishing solution, prior to destroying the spores by mechanical means, placing the germinated spores in a viable culture box with a ventilated wall And maintaining humidity to obtain spores with the spore sheath destroyed. For SCF-CO 2 , preferred supercritical conditions include a pressure between 5M Pa and 60M Pa; A temperature of 32 ° C. to 85 ° C .; And a flow rate of 5 kg / h to 80 kg / h. The total extraction time in SCF-CO 2 is 0.5 to 6 hours. This method produces about 37% by weight of oily material from spore enveloped spores. These oily substances are transparent and contain a special fragrance of ganoderma spores. This oily material is free of precipitates, solvent residues or signs of oxidation. |
