titleOfInvention | Anti-bacteria material sheet for manufacturing cooling pin of heat exchanger and fabrication method thereof |
abstract | In the present invention, the antimicrobial plate material for heat dissipation fins is formed with a polymerized polymer layer 12 for improving hydrophilicity on the surface of the material 11, which is a metal plate, and suppresses propagation of bacteria on the surface of the polymerized polymer layer 12. An antimicrobial layer 13 is formed thereon, and an activation layer 14 for increasing initial hydrophilicity is formed on the surface of the antimicrobial layer 13, and bacteria parasitic in the polymerized polymer layer 12 when the air conditioner is used. Since propagation of is suppressed by the antimicrobial agent of the antimicrobial layer 13, there is an effect of preventing the occurrence of odor of the air conditioner according to the breeding of bacteria. |
