titleOfInvention An Industrial Waste Incinerator Using Vortex Tube Theory
abstract The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purifying apparatus using vortex theory. In particular, a harmful gas generated after incineration of waste is rotated at high speed in a cylinder and compressed air is injected to lower the temperature to cause a phase change to occur. It is possible to remove the nitrogen oxide (NOx) whose particle size is known to cause smog by effectively absorbing the dust and growing it by dust. A low cost, high efficiency exhaust gas purification device is provided. The exhaust gas purifying apparatus of the present invention includes an inner cylinder in which an upper portion is in communication with an exhaust gas inlet, a lower portion is blocked, and a nozzle hole is formed outward at a tangential angle of 25 to 35 degrees; A vortex cylinder installed outside the inner cylinder to rotate the exhaust gas; A nozzle cylinder provided at a lower portion of the vortex cylinder so that an inner circumferential wall is provided with a compressed air jet nozzle making a 25 to 35 ° with respect to a tangent in the same direction as the nozzle hole and the lower end of the inner cylinder is located; A cyclone chamber installed below the nozzle cylinder; A discharge port through which gas is discharged to one side is formed and is formed of an expansion dust collector installed at a lower portion of the cyclone chamber.
